Grupo Phoenix is a business organisation formed by a team of professionals with a wealth of experience in the Private Security and General Services Sector in Spain. With the goal of improving and revamping the characteristics of the security companies that already exist in the market, PHOENIX Vigilancia y Seguridad was founded and developed as an innovative company which is capable of implementing improvements at all levels of its business structure and services. Thus, by understanding the needs of our customers and assessing the skills of our employees, we are able to provide an excellent service.

Our customer service

To guarantee the services requested by our customers, Phoenix is fully committed to meeting the needs of each project. Furthermore, its Security Consultancy examines the way of achieving the best results to advise each customer on an individual basis, in accordance with their facilities and requirements.

Additionally, it not only makes available the advice and support, but also the material means, including equipment, devices and security systems, or the physical means, Security Guards, protection of people, Patrols, surveillance of explosives...etc.

Once the optimum service has been achieved, Grupo Phoenix ensures and improves quality through regular controls for the work areas, ongoing staff training and, of course, dealing with the requests from customers if the needs of the service change. For this reason, in addition to Phoenix, the Company Opción A Gedes Servicios Generales is also involved in the service. This company will procure the security and general services support staff that may be required by customers (caretakers, receptionists, telephone operators, Doormen...).

In order to guarantee quality to our customers, the well-being of our employees is vital. This is another of Grupo Phoenix’s characteristics.
